Brief Information from NRECA

For 2009 the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel will be the headquarter hotel for the meeting.

All General Sessions will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center - Monday-Wednesday, February 16-18th.

TechAdvantage Conference – Ernest N. Morial Convention Center - February 12-14th.
Expo: February 13-16th

Pre-Annual Meeting Director Training – Sheraton New Orleans - February 12-15th.

Celebration Luncheon - Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel, February 16th, noon.

Entertainment Night (Comedian Greg Schwem and American Idol finalist, Brooke White) - Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, February 16th,  7:30 p.m. 

International Luncheon - Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel, February 17th, 11:45 a.m.

ACRE Breakfast - Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, February 18th, 7:00 a.m.

The Indiana delegation has been assigned to stay at the JW Marriott Hotel, located 9 blocks from the Convention Center at 614 Canal Street, phone (504) 525-6500 / fax (504) 525-8068.

Indiana Statewide, Hoosier Energy, and Wabash Valley Power will be sponsoring a breakfast buffet at the JW Marriott Hotel.  The breakfast will be held in the Ile de France Ballroom located on the third floor of the hotel.

Monday, February 16th - 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Tuesday, February 17th - 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Wednesday, February 18th - 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.

Attendees will be able to board the NRECA shuttle buses at the main entrance of the JW Marriott Hotel.
