  Supervisor Education
Sup - Hands Together - Web.jpg
After many successful years, the Member Relations and Education Department will continue to offer "more of a good thing".  The supervisory series provides a forum for supervisors to learn, network, and challenge their traditional thinking. They explore alternatives in responding to employee needs, customer needs, and learn to improve their relationship skills to help build stronger teams.

We encourage you to read the DDI Leadership Imperatives white paper and see why we believe in the philosophy.

The courses are offered to those in a supervisory position or for those with a career path designed to include working with others.

Participants should attend the first course, Interactive Management Essentials, to lay the groundwork for any course in the series. Participants can then take advantage of one, or all of the courses, as part of their membership dues.

By completing a series, participants will receive a Certificate of Achievement from Indiana Statewide Association for their accomplishments.

Call or e-mail Lynn Moore at 317-487-2225 or 800-240-7362 if you have questions or if we can offer more information.
