Through our program members receive on-site compliance support tailored to the needs of participating cooperative. Our consultants are specifically trained in utility compliance issues and posess over forty years of combined experience in environmental, health, safety, labor and transportation related regulation.

Regulatory Based Member Compliance Training
Regulatory Program staff provide members a variety of on-site and on-line, web based regulatory trainings. These trainings are program specific and designed to our members needs. All RCP staff are "Authorized OSHA Trainers" and are available to design and provide members training upon request.

Our web-based, on-line employee regulatory training was originated in 2004 and is designed to comply with regulatory requirements while giving system management added flexibility in routine, regulatory refresher training for their employees. All training presentations are Powerpoint based, require knowledge testing and are tracked individually by employee.
